The company "GT Group" has been operating in Georgia for more than 20 years, continuously striving to expand its activities, develop further, and meet customer demands. The group of companies began its operations in 1999 and was officially established under the name "GT Group" in 2005.
"GT Group" is a diversified private holding company engaged in various trading and service operations. The core business of "GT Group" includes the following sectors:
· Import and maintenance services of trucks and commercial mini-vans (Brands: Ford TRUCKS, IVECO)
· Import of construction equipment (bulldozers, backhoe loaders, various types of loaders and telehandlers - Brands: New Holland, MANITOU, Case Construction Equipment, Sumitomo, Sunward, Lonking)
· Import and maintenance of tractors and agricultural machinery (Brands: New Holland, KUHN, Gregoire Besson, Braud)
· Marine sector (GT Marine) – Import of water transport (boats, cutters, yachts) and accessories
· Viticulture and winemaking sector (GT Vinea) – Winery inventory, auxiliary materials, and vineyard equipment
· Import and distribution of high-quality engine oils and lubricants (BP Castrol)
· Import of municipal and special-purpose equipment (fire trucks, garbage trucks, landfill compactors, street sweepers, sewage cleaning vehicles, buses, ski slope groomers, and snowmobiles - Brands: Ford Trucks, Iveco, Isuzu, Hako, TANA, ASTRA-Iveco, Magirus, Prinoth, Arctic Cat).
Today, the "GT Group" holding manages three subsidiary organizations: "GT Motors" LLC, "Europroduct" LLC, and "Kolkhi" LLC.
The concept of establishing "GT Motors" LLC was conceived in 2007. The primary direction of this company's activity is automotive trade and after-sales service. "GT Motors" exclusively represents automotive brands such as BMW, Ford, Land Rover, Jaguar, and Suzuki in Georgia. The company's showroom features the latest models from these automotive manufacturers. An automotive service center operates on-site, established in accordance with the requirements of the supplying manufacturers. It is equipped with modern diagnostic and mechanical machinery, fully complying with international standards.
In 2005, "Europroduct" LLC joined the holding. Its main line of business is the import and export of food products. "Europroduct" LLC is represented in Tbilisi by three supermarkets located in Saburtalo and Vake.
In 2010, "GT Group" expanded its operations into the construction sector, creating a new subsidiary, "Kolkhi" LLC. The company imported construction-insulation materials, roofing products, and decorative facing stones. These products are manufactured by European brands such as GSE Lining Technologies, Akeliaf (insulation materials), and Tegola Canadese (various types of roofing and insulation products).
"GT Group" also holds leading positions in the truck and special-purpose equipment sector. Since 2007, the "Ford Trucks" commercial vehicles and specialized machinery supplied by the company have been actively used in the construction and municipal services market.
The activities of "GT Group" also encompass the import and service of agricultural machinery. Since 2009, "GT Group" has been the exclusive dealer of the international concern New Holland (FIAT Group) in Georgia. The tractors, combines, and other agricultural machinery it supplies are successfully utilized in agricultural projects across Georgia's regions.
Starting from 2023, the viticulture and winemaking sector, GT Vinea, was added to the "GT Group" portfolio. "GT Vinea" is a supplier company of machinery, winery inventory, auxiliary materials, and vineyard equipment required for viticulture and winemaking, partnering with leading European and global brands (such as Speidel, Minox, Enotecnica Pillan, Garbellotto, Polsinelli, and others). "GT Vinea" also offers comprehensive services to customers to simplify their daily operations and enhance quality.
In 2025, "GT Group" added another division, the marine sector, GT Marine. "GT Marine" is an official supplier of leading marine transport brands in Georgia, specializing in premium boats and modern marine technologies. As an importer of boats, cutters, yachts, and accessories, "GT Marine" brings together world-renowned and advanced brands such as Marex, Mastercraft, Old Lake Marine, and Connelly.
Since its inception, "GT Group" has consistently expanded the scale and scope of its operations. In addition to the growing list of "GT Group" partners and brands that the company exclusively represents in Georgia and the region, the number of private and public organizations utilizing "GT Group's" services is also steadily increasing.
