GT Group LTD., as a private business, operates on Georgian market since 1999. The company is always devoted to expansion, development and customer satisfaction. The group of smaller companies started business in 1999 and in 2005 it had been organized as a holding company GT Group LTD.
Currently, GT Group works on the markets of Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. The major fields of activity of GT Group are the following:
GT Group is a holding company, with diversified trade and service operations. Currently, the holding GT group LTD, manages three daughter companies – GT Motors LTD, Europroduct LTD and KOLKHI Group LTD.
The idea of establishing GT Motors was emerged in 2007. The main activity of this company is the importation and servicing of new automobiles. GT Group exclusively represents three automobile brands in Georgia: Ford, Land Rover and Suzuki. The company owns a modern auto showroom, where the newest models of mentioned auto-manufacturers are exhibited. In the same facility, GT Motor has a state-of-art equipped service facility with modern diagnostic and mechanical workshops. All the equipment is installed according to the requirements of car manufacturers and corresponds to the international standards.
In 2010-2011, GT Motors has imported over 2,500 units of Ford Transit mini-buses for Tbilisi city transport system. Currently, GT Group and GT Motors provide all after-sales services for this fleet of street buses in respective service facilities in Tbilisi.
In 2005, Europroduct LTD joined the holding. The major business of this company is the importation and sales of food products, mainly from EU. Europroduct LTD represents some well-known European brands as, Valio, Arla, Bayernland, Frico, others. Produce, imported by “Europroduct” is highly competitive and currently, the company is a leader on Georgian dairy market.
In 2010, GT Group has imported the construction and insulation materials to Georgia. These materials included the HDPE for ground insulation, and decorative stones. The products imported, are of well-known European producers, as GSE Lining Technologies (Geomembrane for insulation works), Akeliaf (construction Geotextile) and Tegola Canadese (various types of roofing tiles, shingles and insulation materials). GT Group has established a new company, KOLKHI Group LTD that imports, installs and provides services in the fields of house roofing, e paving and insulation works for private and corporate customers.
GT Group is a leader on Georgian market in importing of commercial trucks and special purpose vehicles. Since 2007 to present, over 200 units of Ford Cargo and Isuzu (trucks) vehicles had been sold to various construction and municipal companies in Georgia.
In 2010, GT Group has imported 4 units of street sweeping/vacuuming machines (HAKO Citymaster) from HAKO GmbH (Germany) for municipal service of Tbilisi.
GT Group is also well represented on the market of Agricultural machinery. Since 2009, GT Group exclusively represents the international corporation, New Holland (FIAT Group). The high quality agricultural machinery from New Holland, supplied by GT Group, is widely used in various agricultural projects and by the private farmers, in different parts of Georgia. Over 200 units of various tractors and 25 units of New Holland combine harvesters, work in Georgia. Our mobile service teams, staffed with certified mechanists, provide after-sales services to customers, all over Georgia.
Since its founding, GT Group is permanently widening its scope of work and fields of activities. Similarly, GT Group expands the list of international and local partners and product brands, represented by GT Group, on Georgian and regional markets.
GT Group has a long list of awards and recognitions for business-doing and philanthropy. From 2005 to present, GT Group has been awarded with tax payer awards, as a large-scale importer of oils and lubricants.
